Pricing

Pricing

Transparent pricing. No surprises. Some work is flat-rate and some is hourly + materials. Text a few photos and I can usually give you a solid estimate fast.

Service minimum

$75 minimum service call
Covers showing up, assessment, and small fixes.

Hourly labor rates

Use hourly pricing when the scope is unknown (troubleshooting) or you’ve got a list of small tasks.

  • Standard handyman labor: $85/hr
  • Skilled troubleshooting / complex work: $110/hr
  • On-site estimate (if needed): $75 (credited toward work when approved)

Hourly notes: 1-hour minimum once work begins. Materials are customer-supplied or billed at cost (confirmed before purchase). If a flat-rate makes more sense, I’ll quote it first.

  • 3-way switch replacement: $60–$120 each
